Hi, I Got An Allergy Shot On Wednesday And I've

Hi, I got an allergy shot on Wednesday and I've been getting them for months, but today I noticed maybe a numbness feeling at the site. I notice it when I twist my arm or move it. Kind of feels like there's a sticker on my arm if that makes any sense. Should I be concerned? Anything I can help it go away?
