Hi I Got An Awkward Question. I've Gotten A Rash

Hi I got an awkward question. I've gotten a rash on my lips on my mouth. and penis. I have not had sex within the past 6 months, and at my last check I did (about 8 months ago) I did not have a STD. I recently had a schizophrenic episode, and hygiene went out the door. Symptoms include 1.redness around the shaft, inflammation of for skin, itching, and dryness and cracking of my lips. I don't have insurance till Jan 1st, is would it be okay to use an anti-fungal cream and anti-bacterial cream to attempt to treat these symptoms? Are there any risks involved with doing this?
