Hi. I Got Beaten Up In October And Have Really

Hi. I got beaten up in October and have really bad headaches, I got an mri scan and it came back all clear, but I still have pains when I rub my fingers across the back of my head, and feel dizzy like I'm about to faint, I take paracetamol painkillers and the ease the pain, my doctor says I'm fine nothing wrong my blood test results were okay nothing wrong, every test I got came back all clear, but I don't know what is wrong with myself, any advice please let me know
