Hi, I Got Bit By A Dog A Little Over

Hi, I got bit by a dog a little over a month ago and have scar tissue formed over my ring and pink knuckles. It's on my dominant hand so it gets irritated a lot and is constantly hurting. I cant lift my pinky as well either. What can I do to break down the scar tissue? Any topicals you can reccommend?
