Hi, I Got Blown Up By A Rocket In Vietnam,

Hi, I got blown up by a rocket in Vietnam, at my physical when I got out of the Army they told me that my left lung is partial collapsed, now I have at times sharp pains from the extreme left side of my chest lasting only seconds, now I have a steady pain in my left side, but it doesn't hurt.
what should I do for this?
