Hi I Got Burn On My Right Hand By Hot

Hi I got burn on my right hand by hot water.
I M applying Cosvate G 4m almost a week.
But when today I visited my doctor to cage the same cream he replied me to continue the same one.
Then after I visited my friends medical and showed him my wound. He quickly approchef me the Silverex ionic saying that it will heal my wound very fast
But M still worried should l go wd my doctor or listen to my friend guidelines
Please help me with this
