Hi, I Got Cut With A Chainsaw 11 Days Ago

Hi, I got cut with a chainsaw 11 days ago just below my knee, I got 10 stitches, last night I took 5 stitches out myself and the cut ended up opening again part ways. It does not hurt, I was just wondering if I can let it heal on its own now. And also take out the other 5 stitches
