Hi, I Got Elbowed In The Nose Hard During A

Hi, I got elbowed in the nose hard during a basketball game & after that it's been very sore, bruised around my left eye. When I try & move my nose around or press down on it, it makes a little cracking sound & also causing me to get a headache. I want to know if my nose is okay, fractured or anything.
