Hi I Got Heat Stroke Last Summer. Passed Out That

I got heat stroke last summer. Passed out that evening so I went to Dr. Dr's ran heart test as precaution. Everything was fine except it took time to get past side effects of it. Symptoms came back last week when I got over heated again. Been light headed, having headaches etc. Haven't passed out this go round. Been a week now. Went and had blood pressure checked at pharmacy. Two readings today 143/101/70 & 139/92/65. Second reading was taken while breathing deeply. Should I be concerned or just stay out of heat and stay hydrated?
