Hi, I Got Home Yesterday After Work And I Went

Hi, I got home yesterday after work and I went to lay down and when I stretched my right foot out to where it would bend towards my Achilles heel it hurt and felt almost like I pulled something. It has had a hard lump form since. It seems to be where the inferior extensor retinaculum is. It still hurts when I stretch it back. What should I do?
