Hi I Got Hurt By Rusted Nail On My Left

Hi I got hurt by rusted nail on my left foot yesterday ..it is little bit swollen and pains a little bit when I walk ...is it compulsory to have tetnus injection every time when we hurt yourself with iron or its OK not to have tetanus injection ...I had 4 to 5 tetanus injection in my life ..... my age is 24 years...I hurted myself before 17 hours..?
