Hi I Got Implanon Implant March 17 I Kept Getting

Hi I got implanon implant march 17 I kept getting my period every 2 weeks so I got it removed July 11 I got my period next day and I have since been trying to conceive my period is now a day late and I keep getting negative hpts could I be pregnant but my hcg is just too low due to having the implanon?
