Hi, I Got Miscarriage Last Year And Just This Past

Hi, I got miscarriage last year and just this past few months or like last month, I got this too painful in my abdomen. It was my first time having that pain. Now, my problem is, I'm delayed 4 days and I'm planning for a test, what if it gets positive? This is unplanned, I'm not yet ready to have a baby because I'm not physically and mentally fit. I just want to ask help on how to get rid of this.
