Hi, I Got My Ear Pierced About 8 Weeks Ago

Hi, I got my ear pierced about 8 weeks ago (in the lobe) and I cleaned it often, I just noticed my earlobe felt thicker than the other one so i took out my earring and it turns out my earlobe was filled with blood and it just keeps bleeding. I cleaned it and it won't stop. Should i put my earring back in (I tried and it hurts alot) or not? is this an infection?
