Hi. I Got My Fasting Blood Test Results Back. All

Hi. I got my fasting blood test results back. All were within normal limits except my glucose was low, 61, which I'm not to concerned about. However, the very alarming numbers were my ALT which was 226. I had an ultrasound right after my appointment, and my liver looked OK. I'm on about 5 mess daily, but only one contains acetaminophen, while the others I don't believe do. My doctor has stated that I should see how I'm fairing over the next month until my next appointment, but come in if I start to have more constant abdominal pain. Right now I have upper right quadrant pain after taking meds and am nauseous everyday and must take my Zofran daily to be able to work and function. How concerned should I be and what symptoms should I really be keeping an eye out for? Thank you
