Hi I Got Punched In The Face On Friday And

Hi I got punched in the face on Friday and my face has swollen up. I have iced it all weekend and it has gone down a lot. There is not bruising but a cut in my mouth where my teeth have cut my gums. There is now a hardish lump on my cheek what should I do now?
