Hi I Got Stung By A Wasps While On Holiday

Hi I got stung by a wasps while on holiday in Florida 20 days ago. It was he day before coming home. My had swelled up a lot and when I got back went to minor injuries and was given antibiotics. Was told I had a temp and fast heart rate. Took them for a week. My hand bruised up when it was swollen and the swelling has gone mostly apart from where I was stung but the bruising is still there and I can't put pressure on my hand. Do i need to see someone as it's been almost three weeks since being stung?
