Hi I Got The Copper Coil Fitted About 2 And

Hi I got the copper coil fitted about 2 and a bit weeks ago, my boyfriend was in Australia at the time but the day before he came back I started back on my uvlton the bleeding tablets then I came off them about 5-6 days ago and was really heavily bleeding and the worst pains ever and I've taken it again yesterday because I can't cope with the bleeding which is why I got given them in the first place and this morning I have bled everywhere stood up and there was a puddle of blood, what should I do and is it safe to take the tablets whilst the coil is fitted is it still affective? Thank you, I'm just so worried
