Hi I Got The Mirena Coil Taking Out Two Months

Hi I got the mirena coil taking out two months ago but before I got coil taken out I only had spotting not a full period anyway I went on birth control the next day and it has been two months and I still have no period. I have extremely sore and swollen breasts and I have taking a home pregnancy test two weeks ago and it came back negative. Is it possible I'm pregnant? Me and my partner had sex three days before I got my coil out so basically I wasn't on any birth control for 24 hours
