Hi I Got Tuberculoma Of 3mm When I Was 14

Hi I got tuberculoma of 3mm when I was 14 years of age I used to take Eptoin for 3 years later I took MRI it was diagnosed.since 2 years Im taking feliz s plus due sever headache on both sides of head.1 month ago again I took MRI no lesions are found.one thing I would like to know is tuberculoma will come In future because now I'm getting marry please advise whether tuberculoma is curable disease or not and after getting marry my wife and children's will get this diseases l.now I'm feeling worried about my life please please advise
