Hi, I Got Two Problems. 1. I've Got Pigmentation On

Hi,

I got two problems.

1. I've got pigmentation on my body and my bum. (black male)
2. My bum has really dry skin and so does my stomach sometimes

I was wondering if there is a solution to all this. I've tried having cream for my pigmentation which hasn't really worked but I've had one tablet to help it and it did work a little but the doctor said I can't have another one due to my lugs.

My bum however, has got pigmentation but the skin is try as well, quite white and sometimes flaky.

Please help would be truly great
