Hi I Had 2 Ipills In Two Weeks Due To

Hi I had 2 Ipills in two weeks due to unprotected inter course.I am suffering from a fungal infection of vagina bt after medicines it's ok now....but I felt my period got preponed as i hd similar cramps n a little bleedaing bt it was very very less. can you tell me it's just a side effect or something serious.
