Hi.. I Had 2 Miscarriages Before. 1st One Was A

Hi.. I had 2 Miscarriages before. 1st one was a self miscarriage at 6 weeks and 2nd one was to be done as the baby's heart beat stopped at 10th week of pregnancy. After which I went through a series of test and is diagnosed with TB. My doctor recommended with to take AKT 3 followed by Laparoscopy and Hysteroscopy. I have gone though 3D pelvis Sonography and HSG. My fallopian tubes are open in the HSG report and the remark mentions Endometrial cavity shows minimum irregular outline. Also I am facing Scanty periods while my Periods are regular with 28-30 days cycle. I tried for a 2nd opinion and the other Gynac has asked me to take an opinion from a TB expert post which she would start my treatment. Please suggest the best way to get out of it. Will my periods go normal (normal flow) and what are my chances of getting pregnant?
