Hi I Had 4 Months Starting Pregnancy.... As My Body

Hi I had 4 months starting pregnancy.... as my body was not able to handle it anymore bcoz of thyroid problems... so we decided for abortion. I took first pill on Saturday morning and next 2 pills on Sunday morning. Afte 4 hours of medicin, I felt severe pain and my water bag burst out and started bleeding. After 3 hours my bleeding stops, but there was nothing out... what should I do... plz help
