Hi! I Had DCIS In BOTH Breasts, Diagnosed Sept 2014,

Hi! I had DCIS in BOTH breasts, diagnosed Sept 2014, and had DMX Nov 2014 with immediate reconstruction. For the past 3 months, I am having what feels like bloating, fullness, mild pain beneath the sternum. When I look down to the floor, the right side area beneath the sternum protrudes more outward, more so on the right than the left. Should I be concern that it is cancer in the liver?
