Hi, I Had A 16w2d Fetal Demise In June And

Hi, I had a 16w2d fetal demise in June and was induced. At the time I had a 5x6x7cm fibroid. I found out September 12 that I had a positive pregnancy test. Two days later I started bleeding and was diagnosed with a threatened miscarriage my hcg was 39. 2 days later it came up to 59. and 2 days after that it was 105. My dr want to wait and Test me again Monday. My fibroid is now 7x7x7cm. My questions are is the fibroid what is hurting my pregnancies, could it still be viable/what are the chances, and if not viable do you think I will be able to conceive a viable pregnancy with the fibroid?
