Hi. I Had A CT Scan That Showed Right Paracentral

Hi. I had a CT Scan that showed right paracentral disc protrusion (small) and severe narrowing of the neural foramen. Moderate disc degeneration. I have pain when sitting and if I stand longer then 2 hours. When I stand up from laying down, my upper body is tilted to the right. Any help would be aappreciate . I've been doing physiotherapy for 2 months but not much help.
