Hi I Had A Endometrial Ablation About 2 Yrs Ago

Hi I had a Endometrial ablation about 2 yrs ago and haven't had a monthly since. on 2/3/16 I had some spotting which was only about 24 hrs and now have a pain that is just above my pubic area that goes about 6 inches across from the middle, if I need to pee it makes a pain in that area more severe, but doesn't hurt or burn to pee, only pain in the area right above my public area. It is fairly constant and seems to only increase when I need to pee.
