Hi, I Had A LAVH And Now At Week 7.

Hi, I had a LAVH and now at week 7. My surgeon said I still cannot do any physical exercise and have to wait another 5 weeks before I can even bike/yoga or even walk!!! She said I can never run or lift above 10kg ever again!!! I am a police officer and have a strenuous test I am meant to pass to keep my job, she now tells me I cant do this test!!!!! Help - when can I and what exercise would you say would be ok!!??? Also had silver nitrate on granulation yesterday, how long before I can have sex!!?? I am over this operation!!!
