Hi, I Had A MRI With Contrast Of My Kidney,

Hi, I had a MRI with contrast of my kidney, as I had trace amounts of blood in Urine. Kidney, bladder, pancreas , etc. was ok. the MRI did pick up some lucent osseus lesions on iliac. I am 69 years of age. No symptoms of Multiple Myloma. lift weights and walk everyday , feel very healthy. should I be concerned?
