Hi, I Had A UTI About 4-5 Weeks Ago. The

Hi, I had a UTI about 4-5 weeks ago. The culture came back Ecoli. I took antibiotic. Did follow-up urine test and the UTI was cleared. After that My vagina area was very itchy as a yeast infection and then I noticed a boil on the right vaginal labia area. It eventually drained itself. I soaked in Epsom salt baths. Next I noticed a boil on my buttocks and then a small pimple filled with pus on the shin area of my left leg. Initially I thought that bump on my leg was an insect bite because it itched. However it later drained on its own. I put wtch hazel on that area. The next day I wore pantyhose without anything covering that area. Later that night I put a heating pad over the area because I thought it would turn into a boil. Well the following morning it swelled up but it was not like the other boil I had. It was swollen almost to the size of a small walnut and had a white center, no head. Could this be staph and how should I treat it? Thank you
