Hi. I Had A UTI And Took Azo A Week

Hi. I had a UTI and took Azo a week ago with my antibiotics. My UTI has returned with more severe symptoms (like peeing blood) am I able to take azo again today? The package says only use two days at a time I'm not sure how much time should pass before using it again
