Hi I Had A Angiogram Don't Saturday I Came Home

Hi I had a angiogram don't Saturday I came home Sunday I have had pain were the procedure was done in felt like I had to move my bowls all day but couldn't but the pain at the spot on my groin were i had it done hunted so bad just now I made a bowl movement and the pain almost vanished, should I be concerned and will it always be like this?
