Hi, I had a baby 18 months ago. I had three tears which required stitches which healed well. In the last two days I am getting a sharp pain in my labia minora it feels like a pin prick every now and then....usually occurs when walking. I looked at it and there is red raised bumps along where the stitches were. What could this be, what was the cause and how can i treat it?
