Hi I Had A Baby Eight Months Ago, Then Fell

Hi I had a baby eight months ago, then fell pregnant six months after my son ..I had a abortion and had depo shot before I left the hospital...now I'm bleeding after intercourse and bleeding till the following day, it goes brown/black and experience cramping, sickness , headaches and discharge that smells a little. I'm really worried thinking the worst..any opinions on what this might be? Oh I'm also on sentraline 150mg incase of side effect.
