Hi. I Had A Bad Cold That Started With Nasal

Hi. I had a bad cold that started with nasal congestion, sneezing, then low grade fever and cough withat clear mucus.. My cough is what still lingers and it's on my 6th day. I had a violent coughing episode yesterday and then again early this morning and saw just a speck of blood mixed with my mucus. The rest of the day. I took Robitussin to ease my cough and it has helped. The clear mucus is still there and I only saw a small speck of blood again. Should I see the doctor immediately?
