Hi, I Had A Bang To My Head And Face

Hi,

I had a bang to my head and face at work two weeks ago when i walked into a steel beam. Im female, age 29. It resulted in a black eye, nose and forehead, i had little pain from this and other than the worry of how i looked with the black eye it didnt affect me.
It was almost gone completely until i woke up on saturday last with a new blackness on the eyelid and above the brow. It was and still is very sensitive. I worry that perhaps i may have banged it in my sleep as im a very deep sleeper and i had a couple of glasses of wine the night before. There was a small pea sized lump that was at the corner of my brow and was gone that morning. My gp thought that perhaps a blood vessel may have burst. As i said, its tender to touch or to lay on that side of my face. Its most tender around the temple and brow bone.
I saw my gp yesterday and she didnt think i should worry and said it would heal slowly.
I have been awake tonight with a headache and pain in the temple area. I just worry that because its so sensitive that there may be a bleed on the inside. What do you think?
