Hi, I Had A Big Fall Down The Stairs. I

Hi, I had a big fall down the stairs. I hit my head quite hard and my back. Just with bruises all over my body.
My head injury has left a big bump and extremely soft where the pain occurs. I can place my fingers on to my head and push down where the injury happened. Just wanted to know if that is normal or not!
My right bottom side releases a sharp scratching pain internally when I move around.
I went A&E without any assessment they said it fine. Should I be concern?
