Hi, I Had A Bilateral Vertibral Artery Dissection On May

Hi, I had a bilateral vertibral Artery dissection on may 7. No stroke though. Recently one side of my face went tingly but did mra and ct scan and showed no stroke. Didn't have any other symptoms of a stroke either. I take plavix and asprin. I had gotten off my asprin for a few days b/c my stomach was hurting really bad. Dr put me back on asprin before the tingling incident and i still take plavix. My family is flying to cozumel june 14 for two weeks from CA and I was wondering if the flight would pose a risk? While I'm there i will have access to a CT scan and stroke medication within the 3 hr window availble but was wondering about the flight messing with me.
