Hi .. I Had A Blood Test Done Today And

Hi .. I had a blood test done today and it showed hcG level as 19,000 and doctor said I seem to be 6 weeks pregnant. But I had periods as per normal cycle 3 weeks back. So am I really pregnant or it could be a miscarriage. What are the chances, please let me know.
