Hi, I Had A C Section 4 Months Ago And

Hi, I had a c section 4 months ago and I have been lifting boxes and clearing out the garage for the last two days. I now have an ache in the left lower abdomen. It only hurts when I move around. Is this likely to be muscular. It doesn't hurt if I press in the area.
