Hi! I Had A C Section In February. Since Then

Hi! I had a c section in February. Since then I've had very heavy periods but the thing is I've felt pregnant for a good month or so now. I've had all the symptoms and now I'm even feeling movement. I'm not on birth control but every pregnancy test even hospital test has been negative. What could be going on?
