Hi, I Had A Charcoal Swab Done At My Doctors

Hi, I had a charcoal swab done at my doctors as I've been having yellow discharge and burning, the swab results have come back as normal. Could they have made a mistake as when I had the swab taken the nurse said she thought I would definitely need antibiotics
