Hi, I Had A Chemical Pregnancy Last Month, Today Is

Hi, I had a chemical pregnancy last month, today is day 30 since I began to spot / bleed which told me it had ended. I think I ovulated during the evening / night of Sat 12th Sept (Central Australia time), so almost 14 days ago. I have been using the predictor strips and I had my usual stitch pain. I haven't had a positive pregnancy test and I haven't begun my next period. Today I have had a few sharp stabby pains (bearable) enough to catch my breath with. I went to the toilet to try for a bowel movement but nothing.
Is this something I should be getting looked into or wait a day or so?
