Hi I Had A Cold For Three Days, Now I

Hi I had a cold for three days, now I have a tight feeling at the top of my lungs, sort of a rattle feeling at times when I breathe, and a sinus infection. Is this something i can wait out or should I go to a doctor? I dont believe I have a fever, although at times I feel chills and then a couple of minutes later I'm roasting.
