Hi, I Had A Colonoscopy 2 Days Ago. All Went

Hi, I had a colonoscopy 2 days ago. All went well. i was sedated throughout the procedure and woke in recovery without any pain or discomfort. After eating and drinking I was discharged. The next day I was well enough to attend my university course for the day but last night I began to get chest pains. A tightness through my ribs that has spread to my back. Very achy and sore. Is this related to the gas they pumped in for the procedure? Will it pass? My stomach does not feel bloated or uncomfortable.
