Hi I Had A Colonoscopy 3 Weeks Ago, The First

Hi I had a colonoscopy 3 weeks ago, the first time it didnt work I had to retake it in 2 weeks, but between the 2 I had used 3 bottles of magnisium citrate and 6 docolax, now Im suffering for it, everything I eat turns to water I think all the above did a number on me, how can I get back to normal?
