Hi I had a colonoscopy and a gastoscopy. The outcome was Diffuse gastropathy with fundal erosion. I was groggy from the general antaestetic when the dr spoke to me. I only just remembered he requested me to make an appointment to go and see him. What is it, and do I need to act fast. My father just had his whole stomach removed from cancer so unsure how urgent it is
