Hi, I Had A Colonoscopy And Pap Smear And Am

Hi, I had a colonoscopy and pap smear and am diagnosed with CIN I and my doctor now wants to make something called "explorative curettage". As this is l-sil, is this really necessary, or should I see another doctor and get a second expert opinion? Thanks
