Hi I Had A Cooper Coil For About 3.5 Years

Hi I had a cooper coil for about 3.5 years I've recently had it removed edits my periods were regular lasting about 5-6 days now well the first month I had a 2 day period now this month I have been
Bleeding I and off for the last 2week it's not heavy but it's dark brown now it seems to be changing to a red (ish) colour what's happening? Will it go back to normal and if so how long will it take to settle down? We are trying to conceive wil I still ovulate when the apps say? Or there abouts?
